Welcome to my shop! My main priority is providing quality products and excellent customer service. Inventory is updated often so check back for new items.
All of my items are handmade and have a lot of love, thought, and consideration put into each and every one! I often get attached to orders that I create and I'm so sad to see them leave my home!
ALL items are created in my (non-smoking) home studio!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Current production time for wood signs is 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.
Current production time for all other items is 3-5 days plus shipping time (usually sooner!)
I'd like to see a proof of my order. Is that possible?
Yes---but this is only an option after purchase has been made.
However, please do feel free to reach out before you purchase to ask any questions!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of most items in my shop, I do not allow returns. Please TRIPLE check the spelling and information submitted with your order as I have no way of knowing what is correct, and rely on what is submitted via the order.
That being said--if your order does not meet your expectations, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do everything I can to make you a happy customer!
I have an idea, but don't see anything like it in your shop...do you allow custom orders?
ABSOLUTELY!! Custom orders are my very favorite, so PLEASE reach out if you have an idea you would like to see come to life! Often times I think I get more excited about custom orders than the actual customer does! There is something so fulfilling and exciting about seeing a project through from an idea to a tangible item. I look forward to working with you and creating the perfect piece!

You made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
First of all, I am so sorry! Nothing upsets me more than making an error on an order. I know how frustrating it is to order something special only to have it arrive and be wrong! I do my very best to ensure that each order is correct and proofed before sending, but we are all human and we all make errors every once in a while, whether we like it or not! Please reach out to me if I have made an error, and I will get a corrected item sent your way. I may request a photo to verify against my records.
I received my order and it's wrong--but it was my mistake. Can you send me a new one free of charge?
Unfortunately, I am not able to send free replacements due to customer errors. However, please reach out to me and we will figure out a solution!
